A fourth candidate launches his bid for Ontario PC leadership.
Barrie MP Patrick Brown confirmed his candidacy Sunday, and says his approach is to work with all sides.
Brown adds he wants to build a policy platform based on the input of riding presidents from around the province, in an effort to ensure the PC’s are no longer a top-down party.
Brown joins MPP’s Christine Elliott, Vic Fedeli and Monte McNaughton in the race to replace Tim Hudak as leader.
