A fire on Bethune Street was quickly extinguished by Thunder Bay Fire Rescue.
Nobody was in the building when firefighters arrived around 8:00 a.m. Tuesday morning.
Crews hit the exterior of the building with water before entering and extinguishing the remaining flames.
