Pierre Poilievre kicks off a visit to northern Ontario today with a stop in Fort Frances.
He is visiting West Fraser’s OSB mill in Barwick before holding a rally this evening at the Royal Canadian Legion in the Fort.
He also has plans to visit Manitou Forest Products on Tuesday before leaving the area for Wawa.
The rally focuses on Poilievre’s affordability strategy which includes scrapping the carbon tax.
The Conservative leader also has plans to visit Wawa, Hearst, Kirkland Lake and Sudbury for a fundraising event with tickets costing $1,725.
