Two people have been charged by Thunder Bay Police in connection to an attempted murder.
Friday around dinner time, calls of a shooting on Cumming Street brought police to the 200 block.
An adult male victim was transported to the hospital for further evaluation and treatment of their non-life-threatening injuries.
Two suspects were eventually iidentified, a 46-year-old Thunder Bay man and a 23 year old Pickering man. They were stopped after speeding near the scene. Officers identified the suspects connected to the shooting.
Both were remanded into custody with future appearance dates.
The investigation remains ongoing and police continue to hold a scene in the area.
