Her mother, Priscilla Presley confirmed in a statement that her daughter had passed away at the age of 54;
It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us. She was the most passionate, strong and loving woman I have ever known.
The medical emergency comes just days after attending the Golden Globe Awards, where Austin Butler won Best Performance in a Motion Picture (Drama) for his portrayal of the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll.
