Employment was little changed across Canada in September, according to Stats Canada.
But the unemployment rate fell to 5.2 per cent as fewer people were searching for work.
Employment increased in four provinces across the country, but Ontario was not one of them.
We lost more than 31-thousand jobs as the unemployment rate edged up to 5.8 per cent.
