When was the last time you had Hoito Pancakes? It’s probably been awhile since the iconic restaurant closed this time last year due to the pandemic and hasn’t opened since. Well now you can make your own at with the actual Finnish pancake recipe. The Finlandia Co-operative is doing some fundraising to help get the historic Hoito restaurant reopened and is selling packets of the famous mix. The pancakes are available at local retailers, such as Maltese, Westfort Foods, George’s Market and Dawson General Store.
