A Thunder Bay man is facing a charge following a fatal collision that occurred in August 2023.
On the morning of August 8, officers and emergency services responded to a multi-vehicle collision on Highway 527.
One person was pronounced deceased when EMS arrived.
Following a lengthy investigation, a 26-year-old from Thunder Bay has been charged with dangerous operation causing death.
The accused is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
