The FIREFLY agency has hired a new Chief Executive Officer.
Darcia Curtis works at FIREFLY as the Director of Service Excellence and Partnerships.
She replaces Karen Ingebrigtson, who has served as FIREFLY’s CEO since 2008.
Curtis will take on her new job at the end of June.
FIREFLY has offices right across northwestern Ontario including Thunder Bay and provides a number of programs and services that support the physical, emotional, and developmental well-being of children, youth and families across Northwestern Ontario.
The non-profit agency provides physiotherapy, mental health counselling, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, autism workers, FASD Workers, Pediatric clinics among other things.
