The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has announced two separate lots of recalls. rangees
The recalls are due to possible metal contamination caused by salt used in the products.
Both Wonder Brands Inc. breads and Bimbo Canada breads have been affected.
Affected product lines include:
- Compliments
- Dempster’s
- Harvest Gold
- Pom
- Sunshine
- Country Harvest
- D’Italiano
- Deli World
- Giant Value
- Great Value
- No Name
- President’s Choice
- Wonder
The recall has been put in place in Ontario, Quebec, and Newfoundland and Labrador.
The recalls have been set as Class 2 meaning there is a moderate risk that consuming the food may lead to short-term or non-life threatening health problems.
