The Country Music Superstar was born on this day in Knoxville, Tennessee in 1968. I love me some Kenny Chesney and first got introduced to the star with his 2002 album No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problem. While attending East Tennessee State, Chesney hooked up with a college band and started writing his own songs and playing at local bars. After graduating with a degree in marketing in 1991, he headed to Nashville to pursue a career in music. A career turning point for Kenny happened with the song “She’s Got It All” from his fourth album, I Will Stand. The song became his first No. 1 Billboard hit on Aug. 30, 1997.
