Eight rural schools and their transportation have been cancelled.
This due to the snowfall which has hit, and expected to continue to hit the area.
Impacted schools include Crestview, Five Mile, Gorham Ware, McKenzie, Norwesterview, Kakabeka, Valley Central and Whitefish Valley.
Public and Catholic schools within the city and their associated bus routes are running, except for wheelchair accessible vehicles which have been cancelled for the day.
