
Marks Street Search Warrant seized items - Via OPP
Four Thunder Bay residents and one Etobicoke resident are facing multiple charges after a search warrant was executed at a residence on Marks Street North.
During the search, the following items were seized:
- more than 19 grams of fentanyl
- 110 hydromorphone pills
- more than 90 grams of crack cocaine
- two cell phones
- $3,110 in Canadian currency
- drug trafficking paraphernalia
A 33-year-old, 36-year-old, 44-year-old, and a 36-year-old from Thunder Bay, and a 33-year-old from Etobicoke have been charged with:
- Possession of proceeds of crime under $5,000
- Possession of a Schedule 1 substance, cocaine, for the purpose of trafficking
- Possession of a Schedule 1 substance, fentanyl, for the purpose of trafficking
- Possession of a Schedule 1 substance, Hydromorphone, for the purpose of trafficking
This investigation was supported by the Nishnawbe Aski Police Service, Thunder Bay Police Service, and the Thunder Bay OPP Detachment.
All accused were held in custody and are scheduled to appear before the court on a future date.
