A police cruiser blocks traffic at the intersection of Highway 11/17 and Highway 61 following a collision near the Arthur Street intersection (Ontario 511 Traffic Camera)

Ontario Provincial Police have reopened the highway.

A collision has closed part of Highway 61 in both directions south of the Harbour Expressway and north of the Arthur Street intersection.
Multiple calls into our newsroom say emergency services began arriving in the area just after 8:00 a.m., with the closure coming into effect just after 8:30 a.m.
Ontario 511 states the incident is affecting two lanes of the highway.
Police are reporting the collision involves four vehicles at this time.
