Fort William Historical Park is having its Voyageur Winter Carnival throughout the long weekend.
Each day of the long weekend, Feb. 18-20th, from 11am-5pm the Park will have a variety of indoor and outside activities for everyone to enjoy.
Outside, everyone can enjoy the sledding and tubing hills, a snow maze and even take a visit to see the farm animals.
While warming up inside, visitors can enjoy doing crafts and tea making, learn more about the furs that drove the fur trade for the region, as well as Anishinaabe winter traditions and technologies and become immersed in the historic buildings at the park and meet historical characters.
Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for youth (6-12), students (13-18) and seniors (60+), and children five and under are free. Tickets will be available for purchase at the Visitor Centre on the day of the event.
