Thunder Bay OPP are seeking the assistance of the public as they continue to investigate a fuel theft from an MTO pit in the Municipality of Neebing.
Police were called to the pit, located off Kivela Road West in the Municipality of Neebing, on November 22nd. An investigation revealed on the previous evening an unknown person or persons entered the pit and stole approximately 1000 litres of Dye diesel, also known as coloured fuel.
Based off of current fuel prices the theft is valued at $1700.00.
