The first big outdoor concert event in over two years.
Concert goers got to enjoy up to four days of rich, wholesome country music that featured local acts to some of country’s biggest names.
Headliner, Lee Brice, was tapped to fill in for Toby Keith’s spot after the singer announced earlier this year that he was going to be taking time to focus on health issues. Lee Brice did not disappoint.
The concert days were filled with sunshine and happy attendees who brought their own chairs and picnic blankets to Fort William Historical Park (FWHP). Even with some rain on the third day of the event, that didn’t stop people from donning various forms of ponchos to still enjoy the show.
The grounds of FWHP allowed for attendees to position themselves on the side of the hill, with the stage at the bottom. There wasn’t a bad seat in the (Mother Nature’s) house.
All guests and performers were there to enjoy the music and chance for an exciting weekend, Country on the Bay is considered a grand success after it was initially supposed to make it’s debut in 2020 but had to be cancelled because of the pandemic.
