Cheese lovers unite! Today is Cheese Lovers Day, to celebrate the different kinds of cheese around the world, that is if you’re lactose intolerant. There are so many, from Abertam to Zwitser and everything in between, including the most popular Mozzarella. There is an estimated over 1,800 different types of cheese in the world.
My fave would be medium to old Cheddar and Gouda, offered in different combinations from the Thunder Oak Cheese Farm.
