Thunder Bay’s Winners, HomeSense and Marshalls stores are reopening starting Wednesday.
Officials from parent company TJX says there will be strict safety measures in place at the stores including protective shields at cash registers, and social distancing markers in check out lines.
The company has also implemented new processes for handling merchandise returns, and instituted new cleaning regimens, including enhanced cleaning of high-touch surfaces throughout the day.
For those with the stores loyalty cards there has been some access today to the stores.
The stores closed during the pandemic as they weren’t considered essential.
