A COVID-19 outbreak at Hogarth Riverview Manor has been declared over.
It was originally declared after a staff member tested positive on May 2nd.
The Thunder Bay District Health Unit says it has now been at least 14 days since that worker’s last shift, and there have been no new cases in the long-term care home.
They took precautions like isolating residents for 14 days to reduce the chances of the virus spreading.
