Thunder Bay’s compliment of electrical vehicle charging stations is about to grow when one opens up at the Dawson Road Petro-Canada.
Company spokesperson Nicole Fisher says it is part of their plans to have 50 charging stations across the country.
The company is also locating a charging facility in Nipigon.
Fisher tells us the location in Thunder Bay will be opening by the middle of August and will have two level-three fast charge systems which will be able to charge vehicles in about “twenty minutes to half an hour.”
