High temperatures are hitting parts of the region including the Kakabeka Falls, Whitefish Lake, and Arrow Lake areas.
Environment Canada is warning you about humid weather making it feel like 36 or hotter for the next two days.
It’s also affecting the Fort Frances, Kenora, Dryden, and Atikokan areas.
They add those areas are not expected to cool down past 18 at night until we get some cooler air Tuesday night.
Weather officials remind you that extreme heat affects everyone, but especially children, seniors, and anyone who is pregnant, has a chronic illness, or works outdoors.
