The owner of a trampoline park on the CLE grounds says he is doing his best to comply with the city’s noise bylaw.
Dustin Wilson, of Aerosports Trampoline Park, says he has already made changes to the hours of operation to ease neighbours concerns, and says he is now operating within the law.
In the first instance he closed the facility at 11 pm and then spent 10 thousand dollars to reduce the noise from his speaker system.
In his defense, Wilson says his business isn’t the only operation on the exhibition grounds that creates noise.
The city is now conducting a review of the noise by-law as the result of a citizen complaint.
