Giving Tuesday brought in over $19 thousand for the Hospital's Community Foundation.
They'll be using part of that money to buy two Billi Blankets for newborns so they can get treated for jaundice.
Spokesperson Heather Vita says they'll now use the rest of the cash to fundraise for a special monitor.
She says the monitor is like a special belt that goes over a mother when she's in labour, giving vital information about the baby.
That piece of equipment is worth over $20 thousand so more money will need to be brought in.
