A rural property owner will be back in court on March 27th to deal with a number of animal cruelty charges he’s facing.
It’s in relation to a Humane Society investigation from September of last year that saw 15 puppies and three dogs seized.
The OSPCA claims one puppy was found dead at the scene, two later died, and one injured dog had to be put down.
At the time officials said the animals living conditions were deplorable.
The name of the accused has not been released to the public.
