The Northwestern Ontario Associated Chambers of Commerce is putting together programing to help capitilize on investments in the mining industry.
NOACC released its Mining Supply and Services Association Pre-feasibility Study, Wednesday, which connects the dots for businesses and mines looking to operate within the region.
NOACC President, Nathan Lawrence, says NOACC has narrowed down what businesses are looking for in the mining supply and services sector.
“What we’ve decided to do is really put the focus on event-based programming and educational and networking opportunities for business memebrs,” Lawrences says.
“So NOACC is going to start putting together programming that members are looking for, that wioll help them capitilize on the investments being made in the mining industry.”
NOACC’s first mining supply and services will be held during the Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce Prosperity Northwest on September 24th.
