Patty Hajdu will head to Wisconsin to talk trade.
The Thunder Bay MP and federal Labour Minister says she'll meet with officials across the border to strengthen economic ties with our country. She says they want to make sure state lawmakers know how valuable Canada and Wisconsin's relationship is.

"The new [US] administration is talking about things like NAFTA, and we want to make sure that those conversations go well," Hajdu says, "So far, we're very confident and we have a lot of optimism, but we think it's really important that those bonds are strengthened."
