Needles, graffiti and unruly tenants are slowly becoming a thing of the past at the Royal Edward Arms.
Amanda is the building manager, and says most of the tenants now pay rent, are more cooperative and realize she's here to make this building work.
She adds all tenants have keys for the front and back doors that are locked, and don't let just anyone in.
Christmas decorations will be put up, and she plans to give each tenant a gift to bring back the Christmas spirit.
In about a month, she says she'll find out whether the city will allow them to continue their work.
