City Councillors are going to be back at discussing the rat population in our community.
They’ll be looking at making a decision on a new campaign dealing with the rodents.
Staff want council to say yes to a formal promotion and education campaign with the Health Unit to tell people how they can effectively control the amount of rats in our City.
They want $5,000 to be used from the capital budget to undertake that work.
If Council says yes they’ll be back with a report at the end of April 2019 to discuss any progress made in regards to rat related issues in our City. (File photo)
