City Roads Manager Brad Adams explains it's been in operation for a little over a week.
"It's going to be all over the city," Adams says, "We'll have to basically rotate it from north [to] south and then to rural areas as well, but focusing mainly on our main streets."
Officials say they'll be using beet juice to lubricate moving parts so it doesn't freeze up during the winter months. (Photo/Video: Caroline Redston)
